How much do wedding invitations cost?



The cost for custom invitations depend on several factors, including:

  • type of paper
  • materials
  • printing method (digital, foil, letterpress, thermography, etc.)
  • additional coordinating pieces
  • custom illustrations

We can work with almost any budget to create one-of-a-kind invitations. Please contact us to discuss your ideas, and we can give you a personalized quote.

When should wedding invitations be ordered and mailed?

To give your guests time to make arrangements to be there for your special day, you should plan for them to receive their invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

We prefer a minimum of 6 weeks before you need to mail them for ordering to ensure every detail is in place.

We also offer rush service, if needed, for an additional fee.

Can I customize any of the semi-custom invitations available?

Absolutely, and there is no additional charge for this.

How long does the process take?

If you purchase one of our semi-custom invitations, you will receive a proof to approve within a week. Once approved, these can be printed and shipped within 7-10 days. This is a great option if you're in a time crunch.

Completely custom invitations that require hand lettering and/or hand-drawn artwork takes time.  You can expect a proof in approximately 2 weeks.

What is the process for custom invitations?

We always begin the process with a consultation to learn about your ideas. We also love when brides share their Pinterest boards with us prior to the consultation.

After the consultation, we will send a pricing contract that outlines details and pricing. A 50% deposit is due with the signed contract, at which point we begin the design work.

You will receive design proofs within 2 weeks, and once approved, the remaining 50% is due to begin printing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We love working with brides all over the world. Rates are provided during checkout for all items except custom invitations. We'll need to provide that info to you once we discuss your details.

Can I do the printing myself and just pay for the artwork?

Absolutely. We offer design services at $100/hour, and we can provide you a quote depending on your needs.  For example, a basic custom wedding suite design starts around $1,000 for 10 hours of work.

Can I visit your studio?

We offer consultations by appointment at our storefront in Sugar Land Town Square and online via Google Hangout. Please contact us to schedule a time to meet.

Do you offer addressing services?

Of course! Hand lettering and calligraphy is one of our specialties, but if that's out of your budget, we can offer envelope printing in a font that matches your invitations.
